• Why did my order not go through but it took money out of my account?
If the billing address and shipping address do not match, then the order will not process successfully.
Please allow 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution for the funds to reflect back into your account.
• Why was I charged twice for my order?
Once your order is submitted, there will be a pending charge that is held for authorization. Once your payment has been authorized, that pending charge that is being held will be refunded back to your account.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the pending amount to be refunded back to your account.
• Can I use a prepaid gift card for my order?
No. We require a credit or debit card with matching billing information to process you order successfully.
• My pod may be clogged, what should I do?
To prevent clogging, we recommend charging the battery often to maintain its optimal heat level. Please charge the battery on low voltage for 30-45 minutes.
Here are some other tips to troubleshoot and care for your device:
- If a pod is clogged, try dry hitting it by pulling on the pod without the battery.
- Do not charge the battery with the pod inserted.
- Ensure the battery is fully charged before use, and do not use the product while it is charging.
- Keep pods and batteries away from extreme heat or cold, as well as humidity.
- Replace pods before they are completely dry to avoid overheating.
• My pod may be leaking, what should I do?
Although minimal leakage may occur, you can use a cotton swab with a small amount of rubbing alcohol to clean any residue. To prevent leaking, please follow these care tips:
- Keep pods and batteries away from enclosed small spaces, extreme heat or cold, and humidity.
- Do not store pods upside down.

• Is my battery working properly?
To confirm that the device is working correctly, check that the white LED light comes on during your draw and that vapor is produced.
• Are the batteries warrantied?
OG & BIIIG Batteries purchased online comes with a 30-day limited warranty from the original date of purchase. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up your return.
• How do I return my battery for a refund?
If the battery is defective, we will approve a replacement, provided that it is not physically damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot return any physically damaged batteries. For further information, please contact us at email@example.com.
To qualify for a replacement, the battery must be in its original condition and accompanied by the purchase receipt or order number.
• How do I know when to charge my battery?
When the LED light starts to turn red, it is time to charge your battery.
• Is there a proper way to charge the battery?
To charge the battery, use the USB cable provided and connect it to the port located at the bottom of the battery. Please remove the cable once the battery is fully charged. Do not attempt to connect a pod to the battery while it's charging, and refrain from using it during the charging process.

The temperature is set at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
• What are all the possible light indications on my battery?

• What's the difference between vape pods and cartridges?

• How long do the full gram pods last?

To be eligible for an exchange, STIIIZY Hemp pods purchased online at STIIIZHEMP.com must be full or nearly full. Empty or significantly used pods are not eligible for an exchange.
Full or nearly full pods can be replaced for the following reasons:
- Cracked or leaking pod.
- Clogged pod.
- Pod not making connection with the battery.
- Pod not producing smoke.
• When should I replace an old pod for a new pod?
We recommend replacing your used pod before it is completely dry or empty to avoid overheating the coils.
