The shelf life of STIIIZY Seltzers is determined by how they are stored:

• Unopened - When properly stored in a cool, dark, dry place, unopened seltzers can maintain their carbonation and are best enjoyed before their expiration date.

• Opened - Once opened, STIIIZY Seltzer should be consumed within a few hours. After a few hours, it will start to lose its refreshing taste and go flat.

Although our STIIIZY Seltzers are best enjoyed cold, refrigeration is not necessary. Crack open a can of uplifted spirits, good vibes, and high cheers!

It can take 3-5 business days from the date of purchase for the order to be processed (weekends do not apply as business days). Our cut-off time for sending orders out is 3 PM (PST), Monday - Friday. Customers may experience a delay in their orders due to the postal services being at max capacity.

Once a package/order has been processed and shipped by USPS, we are not liable for any lost or stolen items. We recommend checking out these tips:

-Allow 36 business hours from the date of said deliverance for the package to arrive
-Check the surrounding area for the package-Someone else may have accepted the delivery for you
-There may have been a notice of attempted delivery
-Contact your local USPS with your tracking number

If the billing address and shipping address do not match, then the order will not process successfully. Please allow 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution for the funds to reflect back into your account.

Once your order is submitted, there will be a pending charge that is held for authorization. Once your payment has been authorized, that pending charge that is being held will be refunded back to your account. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the pending amount to be refunded back to your account.

No. We require a credit or debit card with matching billing information to process you order successfully.

If your parcel hasn't had an updated tracking scan in 5 days, it’s considered lost in transit, and you can make a claim.

If your order is in transit, we are unable to refund Guide Package protection.
