  1. Subscription Plans:
    • Bi-Weekly Plan: Your chosen products will be delivered every 2 weeks.
    • Monthly Plan: Your chosen products will be delivered once every month.
  2. Subscription Management:
    • You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website or contacting our customer support team.
    • Changes to your subscription (such as modifying product selection, delivery frequency, or payment details) must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
  3. Billing:
    • Bi-Weekly Plan: You will be billed automatically every 2 weeks, on the day your order is processed.
    • Monthly Plan: You will be billed automatically every month, on the day your order is processed.
    • All subscription payments are processed securely via the payment method provided at the time of subscription.
  4. Cancellations:
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees. To avoid being charged for your next delivery, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your upcoming billing date.
    • If a cancellation request is received after the billing date, the order will still be processed, and the subscription will be canceled for future deliveries.
  5. Skipping a Delivery:
    • If you wish to skip a delivery, you may do so through your account or by contacting customer support at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
    • Skipped deliveries will not be billed, and your subscription will resume as normal with the following delivery.
  6. Refunds & Returns:
    • Our general refund and return policy applies to all subscription orders. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
    • If you encounter any issues with a subscription delivery, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the product.
  7. Discounts & Promotions:
    • Subscriptions may be eligible for discounts or promotional offers. These offers are subject to change and may not be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.
    • Any promotional offers applied to your initial subscription order will be valid for future deliveries as long as the subscription remains active.
  8. Subscription Pausing:
    • If you need to temporarily pause your subscription (e.g., for travel), you may do so through your account. Pausing a subscription will skip deliveries for the selected period, and your subscription will automatically resume after the pause ends.
